We had a great stay at 1 Bed in a great location for exploring. the flat was clean, warm, and cosy, perfect for our family. the kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to prepare breakfast at the flat. Towels and toiletries were provided, which saved us some packing. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the City Centre is easily accessible by bus or cab. Ben, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering to pick up our luggage while we were out sightseeing. We will definitely book again when we return to this lovely accommodation. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.

I recently stayed at 1 Bed Apartment in Edinburgh and it was the perfect choice for a transit stay during my travels. The location of the accommodation was incredibly convenient, as it is only 1.8 km from Edinburgh Waverley, the nearest airport. This meant that I didn't have to worry about a long commute or missing my flight. with Edinburgh being just 20 km away, I had the opportunity to explore the city and its attractions easily.
The shower in the apartment was incredibly spacious and separate from the toilet, which was a plus.

The shower in the apartment was quite spacious, although it didn't have a proper lockable door. It was still manageable by placing a towel to cover the gap. The property's location was convenient, clean and cozy. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and provided towels and toiletries. The owner, Ben, was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Although the apartment was on the 3rd floor without a lift, we enjoyed the charm of climbing the spiral staircase. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Edinburgh.

Lovely modern flat, perfect for sightseeing with the tram right outside. Plenty of pubs and cafés nearby, short stay parking, and a helpful owner. Will definitely book again!
Who needs a proper shower door or a lift when you can have a spiral staircase workout? So fun, especially with heavy luggage!
